Prezydent: Nowelizacja prawa budowlanego skierowana do TK
Prezydent skierował we wtorek do Trybunału Konstytucyjnego nowelizację ustawy Prawo budowlane uchwaloną przez Sejm.
Prezydent nowelizacji zarzucił, że uniemożliwia ona części właścicieli nieruchomości strzeżenie prawa własności oraz odbiera im prawo do sądu.

The President: The amendment to the building code referred to the Constitutional Tribunal
On Tuesday the President referred to the Constitutional Tribunal the amendment to the building code enacted by the Seym.
The President criticized the amendment for making it impossible for some owners of fixed property to guard ownership and taking away their right to receive a fair trial.
